Hair salon

Hair salon

These lofty spaces, located in the old spinning mill in Flums, are the ideal territory for an outstanding spatial design. A lounge, two treatment rooms, four hair-styling stations and cosmetics stations were created over 170m2. Clever partitioning of the different areas was required. So, the curtain is not just a design feature: it also serves as a changing room and creates ideal acoustics. Natural materials, a subtle colour scheme and clever detailing give the space a warm and natural feel, and a comfortable atmosphere. The lounge is also a library. The key detail: a distinct lack of the usual plethora of mirrors. They are only used on request, with customers enjoying the stunning view from the large windows instead.
