In Schiess Wohntextilien AG’s newly renovated showroom, carpets, floor coverings and a range of home textiles are displayed in a 1000m2 space. One major challenge was to ensure that clients are guided through a diverse and impressive world of colours, shapes and surfaces by creating the most functional and subtle design possible for the interior of the showroom. To this end, zones were clearly structured and divided into specific areas, and purpose-built, minimalist display furniture was produced. The sloping format of this furniture means clients can enjoy a comfortable and clear overview of the comprehensive offering. Materials, colours and textures can be easily and continuously compared and contrasted.
