7Sense is a concept salon based on the philosophy of Paul Mitchell. The 130m2 room, bathed in light, is clearly structured in individual sections with matching interior-design features: a sales area, styling and relaxing stations and a colour bar. The spatial design features are a real departure from cubic architecture. Their organic shapes cleverly create a light and floaty feel. A key element is the large construction feature at the front of the space. It consists of a sleeve with a structure slid inside. Its interior is deliberately softly lit. With its wash-basins, it acts as a 'wash house’. The spatial effect of the cube is a place of peace and relaxation.
