Electricity company customer-service centre

What was once an electrical business is now an interactive platform for dialogue. The redesigned shop comprises three zones: a sales zone, a media platform and an info centre. Customers are drawn in by the range of telecommunications products and devices clearly showcased in the sales zone. The individual zones are clearly structured and fitted out in a visionary style. But there's nothing cold about their design. The playful use of sloping surfaces creates a sculptural world of experience from functional furnishings. Setting an example: the entire customer-service centre is lit using only two kilowatts of power.
